The 'official' LKA list for VIETNAM is down to 43 cases as of February 1999. Please be advised that this list is the result of the Zero-Based Review, a report and findings that many take issue with. It also DOES NOT include LAOS, where several hundred men vanished into a black hole. The area was jointly under the control of the Communist Vietnamese and the Pathet Lao who claimed hundreds of POWs, yet no POW held by the Pathet Lao was ever released.
