1H.R.1599: A bill to provide that time spent by American civilians in enemy prisoner-of-war camps and similar places shall be creditable (as though it were military service) toward pensions, annuities, or similar benefits under various Federal retirement programs. Sponsor: Rep Lagomarsino .

H.R.2013: A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to establish a presumption that certain chronic or tropical diseases contracted by a prisoner of war within five years from the date of his separation from service were incurred in or aggravated by such service, and to provide that bronchial asthma and bronchitis shall be considered chronic diseases.
