"All,
Our scheduled guests on POW/MIA Radio for Sunday, August 16, 2009 are:
2:00pm Mtn - News and Views: An hour of the latest POW/MIA and veterans issues.
3:00pm Mtn - Mr. Bob Jones: Bob is President of the Northeast POW/MIA Network and their vigil in Meredith, NH is believed to be the longest consecutively held vigil in the US. Since August 24, 1989, there has always been a turnout of faithful activists, and in any weather. The purpose of the vigil continues to be to raise awareness about the abandonment of our POW/MIAs. This year will marked the 21st anniversary of the vigil and 16th anniversary of the Freedom Ride on June 18, 2009 at Hesky Park, Meredith, NH. Bob and his organization have faithfully maintained goals essential in supporting our missing. He will discuss this years activities and his take on the POW/MIA problem. Please visit http://www.northeastpowmianetwork.org/for more information.
4:00pm Mtn - Mr. Larry J.
