POW-MIA Freedom Radio

03 FEBRUARY, 2008

"All,

Our scheduled guests on POW/MIA Radio for Sunday, February 3, 2008 are:

3:00pm Mtn - Ms. Jo Rosano: Jo is the mother of Marc Gonsalves who's plane crash landed in territory controlled by the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Columbia (FARC) on February 13, 2003. Marc, along with Keith Stansell and Thomas Howescontinue to be held by Colombian rebels. The pilot, Thomas Janis and Luis Cruz, a Colombian Arm sergeant were executed while trying to escape. The menare Americancontractors working for California Microwave Systems, a subsidiary ofdefense giant Northrup Grumman. They were on a recon mission under a Defense Department contract for intelligence gathering in rebel-held areas. Since then, Ms. Rosano has been on a mission of her own for her son's release and awareness forthe lack of government interest in securing their release. Why doesn't this surprise those involved in the POW/MIA issue?Jo will update us on her recent trips to Colombia and Washington, D.C. to search for the truth about her son and the others still held by the FARC. Why hasn't President Bush and President Uribe acted toget these men released? Please visit http://www.marc-gonsalves.comfor more information.

4:00pm Mtn - In Honor of Baron 52:This is the 35th Anniversary of the loss of Baron 52.Joining us for this hour will be Mr. Tony Onorato, Attorney and Mr. John Matejov. John is the brother of Sgt. Joseph Matejov, USAF, one ofthe crewmembers of Baron 52, an EC-47Qan electronic surveillance aircraftplying her trade along the Ho Chi Minh trailon February 5, 1973.The plane was shot down and when the crash site was examined, the fourbackenders, including Sgt. Matejov, were missing. There are many discrepancies in this classic case of government obfuscation and deliberate distortions. Were these men sacrificed after the peace accords?John has been trying to get his brother's classification changed from Killed in Action back to Missing in Action. Working with his state's legislators, he has amassed muchinformation anddocumented facts to have his brothers status changed. Please type in "Baron 52" in your search browser and go to a reputable siteor search for"Joseph Matejov" in a POW/MIA bio site for more information.

5:00pm Mtn - News and Views: An hour of the latest POW/MIA and veterans issues.
