4:00pm Mtn - Mr. Don Bendell: Don is a former US Army officerwho served in Vietnam with the 5th Special Forces where he was assigned to an A-Team at Dak Pek. During this time he workedwith the Montagnard Tribesmen in the Central Highlands and in the Phoenix Program. After Vietnam, heserved ina variety of assignments until his discharge in 1970. Since then, Don has worn many hats and his list of accomplishmentsis staggering. He is a writer, producer, actor, poet and author of twenty-one books among many others. Don's editorials are right on the mark and remind us that patriotism is not a disease but the sometimes forgotten fabric that should be deeply woven in all Americans. Don's recently written thriller, entitled, "Criminal Investigation Detachment". The story of anEx-Special Forces officerwith a stint in the LAPD who returns to the military as a CID agentand mixes it up with Jihadist bad guys intent on destroying the USA.
