"All,
Our scheduled guests on POW/MIA Radio for Sunday, November 21, 2004 are:
3:00pm Mtn - Mr. Steve Kiba: Steve is a former POW and Airman in the US Air Force during the Korean War. He was a radio operator on an unarmed B-29 that was shot down over North Korea on January 12, 1953. Steve bailed out, was captured and traveled to various camps before ending up in the Chinese Gulags. He was finally released and deported from Red China on August 4, 1955, well after the armistice with North Korea was signed ending the Korean War. Since then, Steve has been telling his story and of other American POWs seen in China. His recent book, "Red Flag", tells of his experience and torture while POW. A more compelling story is his experience after he was released. Steve will comment on the results of our election and his opinons on today's current events.
4:00pm Mtn - Mr. Art Bernklau: Art is the Executive Director of Veterans for Constitutional Law. A watchdog for the federal government and especially the VA. Art will discuss the latest problems and offer suggestions for correcting them, including replacing the VA with a private company. His inciteful but on-target reporting has made him the bane of those covering up the abuses and corruption in the care for our veterans. Art will also add his comments on current issues and the political scene. Art may be contacted at: Veterans for Constitutional Law, 112 Jefferson, Port Jefferson, NY 11777.
5:00pm Mtn - News and Views: An hour of the latest POW/MIA and veterans issues.
Capt. Speicher, MIA, 1-17-1991 Spc. Maupin, POW, 4-9-2004.
