4:00pm Mtn - Mr. Joseph D. Douglass, Jr. Joe is a defense analyst and author of several books. His recent book, "Betrayed: The Story of America's Missing POWs". An extremely powerful book that draws from his close relationship with Jan Sejna, the top ranking Czech official who defected to the USA in 1968. His interviews with General Sejna revealed secret information about our missing men from World War II to Vietnam. Joe has written several articles and will discuss his latest, "The Intelligence Brouhaha" on "Financial Sense Online" at http://www.financialsense.com/editorials/douglass/2004/0719.html. Joe will discuss why we left men behind in all of our wars and the current political scene.
5:00pm Myn - Mr. David Wendell. David is an Historian and former director of a Living History Museum in Chicago, IL. He has produced historical programs commemorating American military actions and heroic conflicts from the American Revolution to the present. His most recent event was the commemoration of the Gulf of Tonkin incident that took place 40 years ago this month, August, 1964. The attack led to the Tonkin Gulf Resolution and escalation of the war in Vietnam. David will discuss the attack and the events that took place during the commemoration in Bolingbrook, IL this week.
