All,
Our scheduled guests on POW/MIA Radio for Sunday, July 25, 2004 are:
3:00pm Mtn - News and Views. An hour of the latest POW/MIA and veterans issues.
4:00pm Mtn - Ms. Denise Nichols. Denise, a former Major in the US Air Force during Operation Desert Storm is currently the Vice Chair of the National Vietnam and Gulf War Veterans Coalition. She has testified before many government committees on the symptoms of the various Gulf War illnesses. She is an advocate for heath care issues for all veterans and has been following the health related casualties of our troops involved in Iraq. With a variety of problems that our returning troops are faced with and bringing back, what are the challenges they are facing today?
5:00pm Mtn - Mr. Bill Dumas. Bill is the nephew of POW/MIA family member and activist Bob Dumas. He is currently completing work on "The Eagle Cried", a documentary that not only tells the story of Bob's 50+ year search for the truth about his brother Roger, missing from the Korean War, but also examines why our government has abandoned our missing men and women. The documentary is rich in facts and interviews with many advocates in the POW/MIA community. Bill will discuss why he undertook this project, what obstacles he has had to overcome and what the documentary will mean to all Americans. See below for more information.
