""2003...Let's set them Free"

Our scheduled guests on POW/MIA Radio for Sunday, November 2, 2003 are:

3:00pm Mtn - News and Views. An hour of the latest POW/MIA and veterans issues. Time permitting, a tribute to POW/MIA Radio's 10th Anniversary.

4:00pm Mtn - Ms. Jennie LeFevre. Jennie is the President of the Agent Orange Victims and Widows Support Network and the Quilts of Tears. The purpose of the quilts is to draw national attention to the plight of Vietnam Veterans affected by Agent Orange, one of several defoliants used in Vietnam. Since the project began in 1998, these quilts have appeared at many events, reunions and ceremonies. Family members are encouraged to to submit quilt blocks in honor of loved ones who are victims of Agent Orange. Jennie will tell how her life was almost destroyed and her fight to survive and help others. For more information, please visit their web site at http://www.homestead.com/quilt_of_tears/index.html .

5:00pm Mtn - Ms. Lynn O'Shea. Lynn is the New York State Director for the National Alliance of Families. The NAF is the premier organization for information and news in the POW/MIA issue. Lynn, along with Dolores Apodaca, National Chairperson, lead this entirely volunteer organization for the truthful accounting of our missing and the return of live POWs. Their web site is an invaluable resource for family members, activists and concerned citizens alike. Lynn will discuss recent developments in the POW issue and comment on the ongoing saga of Capt. Michael Scott Speicher. She will also revisit the merits and myths of MT-DNA. Please visit their web site for more information: http://www.nationalalliance.org .

Is the POW/MIA issue important to you? Then what are you doing to support H. Res. 103? We are still hovering around with about 34 co-sponsors! Snails pace is not going to get this committee going! Hovering is not going to get us the answers we deserve! Doing nothing is not going to help our LIVE men and women who still wait to come home!

Please listen to POW/MIA Radio every Sunday afternoon at 3:00pm Mountain time on the American Freedom Network, http://www.americanewsnet.com . We also broadcast on KHNC-AM, 1360khz, Johnstown, Colorado. !0,00 watts, covering the front range of the Colorado Rockies. At this time, there is no longer a satellite broadcast. If anyone can obtain a substantial sponsorship from a large corporate source, imagine the power of our voice in broadcasting the truth about our missing and the plight of our veterans!

Reminder: Jerry Mooney posed a question to you the listeners about an event that occured in the beginning of this year that could have had serious repercussions for the US and the world. Hint: North Korea. Jerry will be back soon to hear if anyone out there remembers!

Thanks,

Rod Utech, Producer
