"Reward offered for information on missing Gulf War pilot
Captain Scott Speicher
JACKSONVILLE, FL -- There's a $1 million reward for anyone who can help find out what really happened to missing pilot Scott Speicher. Speicher's plane was shot down in the first Gulf War.
The reward is part of a new amendment to a defense spending bill. Anyone considered a terrorist or a direct threat to the U.S. is excluded.
