""2003...Let's set them Free"
Our scheduled guests on POW/MIA Radio for Sunday, December 14, 2003 are:
3:00pm Mtn - News and Views. An hour of the latest POW/MIA and veterans issues.
4:00pm Mtn - Mr. Jerry Mooney. A former US Air Force Master Sergeant, Jerry remains active in many issues of concern to our country. His duties while an analyst during the Vietnam War included tracking our POWs and keeping tabs on North Vietnamese military units. His experience and knowledge give him a unique vantage point from which to view current events. On our last show, Jerry asked if anyone remembered an event that occured in early 2003 that may have had a profound, if not catastrophic effect on the world. If you haven't found the answer, Jerry will enlighten us and explain the significance of the event.
5:00pm Mtn - Mr. Galen Kittleson. Galen is a former US Army sergeant who originally volunteered for service in 1943, during World War II. He was soon selected for the Army's most elite unit at the time, the Alamo Scouts. He participated in several successful rescue missions of POWs in New Guinea and the Phillipines, including the liberation of 500 starving survivors from the Bataan death March. His career continued in Vietnam where he was called upon to be part of the notable Son Tay raid. Galen was one of the 14 elite members of the Army Assault Group. He will discuss his experiences during that raid and his work as an Alamo Scout in World War II. Please visit http://www.alamoscouts.org for more information.
Remember H. Res. 103...We are still hovering around 40 co-sponsors. You know what to do. Are you waiting for our missing to come home first?
