Since 1993, Sen. Ben Nighthorse Campbell has sponsored 30 bills that were signed into law.
Among them -
108th Congress (2003-present)
• S.330: Adding tougher penalties for people who desecrate veterans' memorials.
107th Congress (2001-2002)
• S.1226: Requiring POW/MIA flag to be displayed at veterans' memorials.
• S.1339: Offering asylum to people who help bring home POWs from the first war against Iraq.
106th Congress (2000-2001)
• S.484: Offering asylum to people who help bring home POWs from the wars in Vietnam and Korea. "
