To Free Scott Speicher

For those who have followed this devastating case the past 12 years, we are too painfully reminded of the abandonment of the family and the man. Not until many years and countless articles by famil groups, veterans and activists, was anything said about this loss. Finally in 2001 - 10 YEARS, after the pilot went missing did DoD change his status to MIA. Then, at the end of 2002, 11 and a half YEARS, did DoD change the status to POW.
