Veterans Rally in Washington


A massive rally of the veterans community and friends from across the nation  will take place on Wednesday, February 12, 2003 at the US Supreme Court Building in Washington, DC.
      
       The rally will be conducted in conjunction with or near the date that Colonel George E. "Bud" Day and his legal team officially presents the Class Act petition to the US Supreme Court. Colonel Day is from Fort Walton Beach, Florida and he is a Medal of Honor recipient, Ex-Prisoner of War and a lawyer.

       The Washington, DC Federal Appeals Court ruled November 18, 2002 against Colonel Day’s lawsuit on WWII/Korea Military Retirees Medical Care. Case 99-1402 (Schism/Reinlie). The appeal to the US Supreme Court must be submitted by February 17, 2003.
