Re: POW-MIA Freedom radio Broadcast
Date: March 04, 2001
"On Sunday March 4, 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM eastern time, (adjust the time for your local time zone), POW/MIA Freedom Radio will feature.
News and views
1st Show - Art Bernklau, Veterans for Constitutional Law. Art is an activist and fights for the rights of our veterans. He has appeared on many talk shows and will discuss the latest news in his battle for our veterans.
2nd Show - Ann Hart, Wife of LTC Thomas Hart, crewmember of 'Spectre-17', an AC-130 gunship that was shot down December 21, 1972 near Pak Se, Laos. Ann will tell of her efforts for an honest accounting of her husband. She successfully sued the government after the returned "remains" could not be positively identified by an independent forensic pathologist, Dr. Michael Charney. She won her suit and subsequently her husband's identification, as well as that of George MacDonald, was rescinded. You won't want to miss her story.
This series will feature family members, activists and experts on the cases where our missing men and women have been written off on the basis of little or no evidence. Whole aircraft crews have been "buried by association". This and the struggle for the truth by the families is the common thread of the series. Listen for their uncommon devotion to find that truth.
Don't forget our news and views hour and please feel free to "call in".
