U.S. President Bill Clinton on Wednesday said he is eager to visit North Korea, when he met Russian President Vladimir Putin in Brunei, according to Russia's Interfax news agency.
Clinton also told Putin that North Korea is ready to freeze its missile development program in exchange for receiving economic assistance, the report quoted a Russian diplomatic source as saying. "
