Place of Birth: Louisville, KY

HOR: El Paso, TX

MIA 5JUN71, later changed to KIA BNR

Incident was NVA overran Hickory Hill radio relay site

Fathers Name: Samuel H. Jones, last known address El Paso, TX. I believe John had a sister named Phyllis

I went through Special Forces training with John as did his best friend, Sonny Hoffman. We have been trying to locate John's parents for years and would appreciate any help at all.
