Re: Big Busine$$ Pushes Congress on S.J.Res 47

CIGNA in Hanoi has used the freedom of speech to bombard Congress with correspondence encouraging they vote AGAINST the two measures that prohibit Presidential waiver of Jackson-Vanik.
Letters were sent to MOCs stating that they should not support either S.J.Res. 47 in the Senate nor the House companion bill H.J.Res.120.
