"My brother, Capt. Arthur Baker has been missing since April 7, 1965 when he disappeared into a cloud bank over Laos. He was stationed at Bien Hoi AFB, South Vietnam. I would welcome hearing from anyone who knew him and can tell me about his last days, or who has information on his loss.
