Re: Kids and History

Date: October 04, 1999

While the various govenrments invest all their time and energy into rewriting history, a group of young people are taking the opportunity to make their voices heard. We have received a letter from a group of Korean HS students who invite all our readers to stop by, read a little and sign their guestbook. They write -

"Hello!
My mame is Kim Dong Gyu and I'm a Korean HIgh School Student. With my friends I made a homepage named "Time Travel to the Korean War." Although there are many mistakes, my friends and I are very proud of our homepage. Please come to see our homepage and write down your feeling and opinion on our guestbook. And please tell your friends to visit our homepage "Time travel to the Korean War."

Our homepage address is http://library.advanced.org/28386

Thank you!

from Kim Dong-gyu"

They have offered an exceptionally well presented site, and a very fine addition to the remembering the 'Forgotten War'... make sure you stay for the java opening and please, make sure you read the epilogue section to see the young people who put this project together.

Our children are the voice of the future, and there are many, many voices that need to be heard. Please stop by and visit.
