Re: Ukraine Asks For US Kosovo POWs

Date: April 19, 1999

The Ukrainian Foreign Minister, Boris Tarasyuk, has asked for the three US POWs to be transferred to the Kiev oblast of the Ukraine until all sides in the conflict reach an agreement. The former-Soviet puppet state announced a special charter flight in the waiting to bring the men to the bread basket country.

Although the mission may be well-intentioned, let us NEVER forget the diapsora of POWs traipsed into former Soviet satellite nations. The Ukraine owes much to the former Soviets, including their very existence... land which was the former Galicia and Bukovyna redistributed by the Soviets and Western powers to make a larger, more powerful Ukraine.

The Soviets have a history of shanghai'ing US POWs and insuring they never surface again, losing them somewhere in the archives of secrecy and deceit. The Ukraine's alliance with the Marxists of Mockba and close physical proximity make this offer and the ultimate ability to account for these men questionable at best.

'Those who cannot remember the past, are consemned to repeat it.'
