The public is invited to a rally in support of prisoner of war Andrew Ramirez at the Mexican American All-Wars Memorial located at "Cinco Puntos" in East Los Angeles at the intersection of Indiana, Lorena and Cesar Chavez Ave., Friday, April 16, 1999, 11 a.m.
