Re: Missing US Personnel Update 2210

AP is reporting the following:
NATO has confirmed soldiers did not check in
Personnel is believed to be part of the 1st Infantry Division and went missing near the Yugloslav brder while on recon
Pentagon spokesman states thatit is presumed to be the Serb Army, paramilitary units or special police forces
SAR by Allied Rapid Reaction Corps - to include 90 soldiers on US Blackhwak, British, French and Italian helicopters
Personnel were in a humvee, which is also missing
Search area includes 'difficult terrain and environment'
'Urgent' radio cries for help were broadcast between 0730 and 0800 hrs EST
"The search will continue until we find them or until we have some idea where they are. It's pretty rough out there."
On this Passover evening and the eve of the Feast of Pascha, let us all take a moment to add special prayers for the safety and well being of these men and the strength and courage of their families.
