Re: Immunity For Testimony?

Countering a Daily News report, John Huang has stated he will not testify unless he is given immunity. According to Huang's attorney, at the present, unless things change, Huang plans to 'take the fifth.'
As the deadline to begin Hearings into whether foreign money influenced foreign policy, the House Government Reform and Oversight Committee is looking at an interview schedule of nearly 200 people... many of which have fled to foreign soil.
Hearings are slated for 8 July. Stay tuned.
