Re: Huang To Testify?

Date: June 17, 1997

Amidst the furor between party politics and intelligence agencies figuring who did what, John Huang has come from the shadows to claim he will testify if subpoenaed.

Using the hold-harmless of 'I don't know,' Huang claimed ignorance of foreign money used for donations to campaign coffers.

Huang's comments come on the tail of accusations that he abused his top-secret clearance and access and breached National Security in the process.
