POW-MIA Remembered

October 20, 1997

This just in from some good people in uniform who haven't forgotten.

:From: crewdog58@geocities.com (Mike)

I'm a member of the USAF and I'm currently assigned to the 44FS on Okinawa. I am the Squadron Commander's Crew Chief on the F-15, aircraft 78-0544.

LtCol Kessel has approved that we can dedicate the squadron flag ship to Capt John M. Brucher. He was captured during the Vietnam War. He was assigned to the 44TFS.

We are painting the POW/MIA patch on the side of the forward fuselage. We are also planning a dedication ceremony. It would be appreciated if you could mention this over the net. You can also include my email address. Thank you.
